When will I receive my order?
Your order if in stock, will ship the next business day. Should your
item be out of stock, you will receive and E-mail notification.
If you have selected free ground shipping your order will ship via UPS. Transit time will depend on where the
package will be delivered :
Transit times for UPS Ground Shipping are estimated as:
West coast and Northwest: 4-5 business days (after your product is shipped)
Midwest and Southwest: 2-3 business days (after your product is shipped)
Northeast: 1-2 business days (after your product is shipped)
If you selected next day air, your order will be received one business day after shipping.If you selected second day air, your order will be received two business days after shipping.
However, if you require that your order be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, you need to select either next day or second
day air. Perlina does not offer free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
What is your return policy?
Your order may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Simply enclose a copy of your invoice and a note stating
whether you would like a credit issued to your credit card, or if you would prefer an exchange of the item. **DURING HOLIDAY TIME WE ARE EXTENDING RETURNS TO 10 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS (1/5/08) ON ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11/15/07.**
What if I expirence a problem with my Perlina product?
Should the problem occur within 30
days from purchase, Perlina will gladly make the exchange if the
product is still available. After 30 days, Perlina will repair your
product at no cost to you for one year. Simply enclose a copy of
invoice and note explaining the problem with your product.

You may return your product using any
traceable delivery method you choose. It is
recommended you insure the product as Perlina cannot be responsibble for returns
that do not arrive at our facility.
When will my credit card be credited after I return a product?
A credit will be issued to your credit card within 2-3 weeks after receipt of your return.
